We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Casa Virreyes in the heart of downtown Guanajuato. The location was perfect, just steps away from Plaza de la Paz. The staff, including Carolina at reservations and David, Pedro, and Berenice at the front desk, were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. The bathroom was especially impressive, with a large mirror and ample hot water. The hotel also had secure storage for our luggage. a great experience!
